OUR MISSION

Quail Run Flat-Coated Retrievers’ mission is to better the breed by producing healthy well-adjusted family dogs. We’ve built our breed brand on exceptional dogs from both coasts - Shasta Flat-Coated Retrievers in Yreka, CA and Blacfriar Flat-Coated Retrievers, in Hamburg New York. We are a boutique breeding kennel, producing 1 litter a year. We aim for the breed standard in every breeding, which includes dogs that excel in the ring, in the field, in performance and obedience, as therapy dogs, and as wonderful family dogs. We recognize not every dog is as lucky as our dogs - so with each pup sold, we make a donation to our local animal shelter .
